We're actively developing a STARK verifier (Scalable Transparent Arguments of Knowledge) for Bitcoin, assuming OP_CAT is implemented. This verifier will allow for secure and efficient verification of complex computations. We can and will create an audited standard so all devs can use it with their own L2 logic.
